Great communication, with phone call and followed up with an email. Even a phone call to verify shipping address to return repaired Dual Plasma Rod. Today had an issue and found out I connected my products (TSC, MS, MPR BCM) backwards to bike. Jacob Moore gave me a call and followed up with an email with correct order.
