Outstanding customer support
Warranty issue, that was handled very quickly. Lights are awesome. Only suggestion would be to use defusing on the lenses, where lights are replacing reflectors. With flat clear lenses each led is visible. We replaced 3 different pairs of reflectors with LED lights on a Can-Am Spyder, the clear lenses, IMHO, stand out. Appear cheap.

I really like the lights I ordered. They greatly enhance visibility of my Spyder on the road. Instructions are good for the most part although some of the pictures are a little hard to determine placements. Wiring kits and connections are great. Highly recommend this company and their products.
I have used Custom Dynamics for all my LED Harley lighting for years. I have had two issues needing attention over the course of the seven years and countless lighting products. They are always quick to correct any problem to get you back on the road. Even with one complex issue on a failed LEF auxiliary light, Lynn and her staff found a replacement and sent it out priority so my trip could go as planned! What great customer service! I am a Custom Dynamics customer for life!
Custom dynamics was great. I accidently ordered the wrong piece and they took care of my mistake very professionally and promptly re-sent me the correct piece very quickly
I called twice, the first call I got, was from Alex, who was no help at all.( Terrible sales person) The next day I called and Aaron(fantastic sales person) helped me, get what I needed, and was very helpful and courteous!
