I've had my lights since 2005. Had a few leds go out in my right blinker. Contacted Custom Dynamics about the light, mailed it to them got a new one sent back to me . All of this happened in about a week.. Nice people, prompt service, no charge. The lights are really guaranteed for life. By the way, i did this Feb 2017.
Great products and very easy to install. Mage my 2010 Street Glide look 5 years newer and added greatly to my safety with the bright eye catching LEDs
Excellent customer service. After ordering online my LED headlamp, Jaime Ziff called me to mention I needed the harness adapter. Now I'll receive my entire order at the same time.
Jennifer in customer service was tops. she was extremely knowledgeable. i have 2016 road king with with long turn signal bar and i wanted to put shorty street glide turn signal light on. mine had a signal filament 1156 type bulb. the street glide has dual filament 1157. i couldn't figure out how to do it. she had all the answers. added led's to road king tail light and street glide tail light. looks great.
I have lots of their LEDs on my new 2017 Ulta... looks awesome. Makes it stand out of the crowd!!!! And all is so easy to install... i have more to buy in near future!!! Keep up the good work!!!
I purchased my first LED light from Custom Dynamics in Sept. 2007 and have purchased thousands of $$$ of merchandise from them since then. I purchase from many vendors and a lot of them have been "one and done" transactions. Custom Dynamics has been and is the most reputable vendor I use.
