Had an issues installing Triple Play. Erin answered the phone. Excellent customer service. She was patient and thorough in logging my problem. She then referred my issue to Kevin who called me within. 10 minutes. Kevin identified the problem quickly and walked me through the resolution. Top notch folks and service. Not only do I love tthe looks of your lights on my bike it has been a great experience dealing with the people at custom dynamics i had a warranty issue with one of my lights after having them on 3 of my bikes. Not only did you replace my light when i told you I messed up and broke my lens when i was removing it you replaced the lens also and did it very quick I am very pleased great products great service a pleasure to deal with you thank you
