we started building our home last summer and finally got done at the end of February. We had Custom Home Interiors install all new flooring throughout our home. 2 years in our Mohawk carpet started showing wear patterns in it. Cindy was very responsive and initiated a warranty claim.In less than 1 month we had brand new carpet installed at no charge ! Excellent place to do business.
We've redone all of the flooring in our home over the past four years, and we've purchased it all through Custom Home Interiors- carpet in the bedrooms, vinyl in the bathrooms, and now hardwood in the living areas. Every time we've dealt with Custom Home Interiors, we have been very happy! The staff (especially Kristen) is very knowledgable about their product and are very helpful while choosing which product you like. We highly recommend this business.

Custom Home is truly the best flooring store around. We have been using them for over 20 years and never been disappointed. They just installed our kitchen flooring and it is truly amazing.
