Probably the 4th or 5th time I've purchased items through custom offsets and every time I've had fast processing and shipping. All items are always well packed and in perfect condition upon arrival. Any time I've had any issues or questions customer support was great with very quick responses, overall great experience.

I put a wheel and tire set in my cart but didn't purchase because I needed to verify that the wheels were rated for my vehicle. A customer service agent contacted me, confirmed the load ratings of the wheels and tires and conveniently facilitated the transaction.
