I appreciated all the options for my 2023 Sequoia, but the process after checking out and the shipping experience was not very good. Every ancillary line item I ordered seem to be deleted in your guys system. I bought the lug nuts, but you guys reached out trying to up sell me on lug nuts. You also reached out asking what vehicle I had even though I entered it in your system.
