The process was pretty quick, there was a few misunderstandings in the beginning, i also had to pick up my shipment from the freight yard as they could not accommodate me. The customer service is amazing, I will order again I love the tires and rims they fit perfectly and were in beautiful condition. Would have loved to get the ceramic coating but hard to reach ya guys on a sat which is understandable. Thank you for your fast shipment and great customer service.

The website could be better. Seems like the same platform as trailbuiltoffroad.com but harder to navigate. Luckily I had the part number so finding the rims I wanted was easy. Shipping was quick and checkout was simple.

Product arrived in a fast and timely manner. Product was packaged well. Would’ve gave a 5 star review but gave a 4 due to my Akron shirt missing from order which was part of care package when ordering wheels. Other than that everything was packaged very well and order arrived fast. Have used Custom Offsets a few times now and will use them again. Definitely recommend them for all your aftermarket truck parts needs.
