I ordered a 1” leveling kit and then I decided to measure the deference between my front and rear. There was a 3.5” difference. So I email them asking if I could change it from. 1” to a 2.5”. They explained the process and said they’ll try to get it changed. Time passed and I decided the check in. My ordered was canceled to change, but was never ordered. All good. Got the right wheels and tires and they were packaged and shipped with care. Only thing was the balance weights fell off a couple of the wheels after mounting. No big deal. Shyte happens I reckon. Overall was pleased and would do business again.
