I had got into an accident and resulting for it one of my wheels was shattered. I could not find the wheel I needed anywhere in the nation but as soon as custom offset had them in stock they had one shipped and delivered quick fast and in hurry. I originally ordered a wheel & tire set up that ended up not fitting on my truck. However, they emailed me before the order was shipped to let me know of the issue and worked with me until I got a compatible set up. Very happy I was not stuck with a pallet full of stuff to try and send back.
