Two of the four boxes had been opened. Two rims have dings and chips in the powerder coat on the edge of the wheels. Wasn't bad enough to send back. But I wasn't impressed with the QC. Shipped quick!Â
The fitment, information, and buying process is easy enough and always has worked well for me. I just wish that my wheels were not shipped via Fed-Ex. Personally, I would black-list them for shipping options. Everything arrived okay, is packaged well, and only minor shipping damage to boxes. This will be my 4th set of wheels ordered from Custom Offsets and I will remain a customer, I have had less than ideal experiences elsewhere.Â
