Great customer service providing a quote to get my wheels to Hawaii. It wasn't cheap to ship but I felt Custom Offsets worked to get me the best possible price. Purchased a wheel/tire package and was extremely happy with the support. Unfortunately, I had a small warranty issue with 4 wheels (tires were fine and great). Kayla was extremely helpful and understanding with the return process. She communicated very well and promptly kept me updated on any developments and feedback from the manufacturer.
