The process was super easy. I can't remember who I spoke with but explained the type of truck i had and current lift size and they were able to accommodate exactly what I needed. The rims and tires are incredible. The order arrived within the time it was supposed to without any damages. However, there was some confusion bc the delivery carrier was supposed to call and schedule a delivery time but didn't. Fortunately, I was home to sign for them. Communication was great initially, my representative was very helpful with choosing a tire and wheel package. The wait time was a little longer than promised and there was a center cap that was missing and sent from a different company that actually shipped when I had the order dropped off so I was able to get it on at the same time as the wheels/tires. The problem was that the center cap was the wrong color. I reached out to the representative who apologized for the issue and was told that I would be getting the correct cap... read more
