They came so fast and the quality of the rims are so nice I will be shopping with them again. They are very cheap as well!! I got more than what I paid for !

The wheels and tires came mounded and balanced and they ride perfect! Only issue I have now is I bought their tpms relearn tool and I haven’t been able to get the new sensors to sync with my truck. Probably will have to take it to my dealership for that.

Did what they said they’d do, and did it. Got my wheel and tire package with sensors and lugs in a timely manner. All mounted and balanced. Installed in my drive way. No issues or regrets. I get freight deliveries daily. Was one of the best packages deliveries I’ve ever received. My wheels and tires were very protected. Thank yall for doing a great job and having good customer service. Definitely recommend these guys and will do business with again. Soon.

I ordered a full set of rims and tires back in January and had a great experience with no shipping issues. Rims and tires arrived in great condition, mounted and balanced. I got in an accident where someone hit my rear driver side rim and tire where insurance gave me a hassle and it was hard to find shops that would replace only one wheel. Called custom offset and within 5min had a replacement rim and tire purchased without any hassle!

I ordered the wrong part for my truck and I contacted Custom Offsets to see if I can cancel the order, so I can order the correct part and the customer service representative assisted me with the best service possible. Great lift, tires are awesome off-road. The balance weights though did rub on the brake calipers, so I had to get the front tires re-balanced with thinner weights.
