Always the best communication in the buisness however even when it happens to be bad news from a vendor. I can’t be mad at custom offsets due to Krytonite not being well ready for my products. The staff at custom offset never left me in the dark and I was kinda a jerk a few times at frustration not caused by them and they were 100% respectful and keep me assured they were doing their best and understood my point of view. I will continue to use Custom Offests for all my beeds
