Order was placed and shipped in a timely manner. Was notified of shipping with tracking quickly and was a happy camper. Boxes were beat to death (likely from shipping providers) but wheels were in perfect condition when unwrapped. New lugs were buried in one of the boxes which was a nice touch to make sure everything was accounted for. 5 stars to Custom Offsets. Just wished they snuck in a free t-shirt. Lol

Overall easy process online with a significant number of options to choose from but communication after order was placed was sub par. Delivery date not met and had to push job back missing out on work
