Got a return call for a wheel and tire replacement because of *ahem* events that led to a separation and loss of a complete wheel assembly. Of course upon rebuilding, I needed a replacement wheel and tire. Got set up with the exact wheel and tire I "lost" and all offsets and lug patterns matched perfectly. Received my wheel and tire assembly out here in Northern California just in time as parts arrived same day as wheel delivery! I cannot say enough, good things about the customer service at custom offsets! One of my rims arrived damaged due to no fault of their own as it was clear the box was mishandled during shipping and they corrected the situation immediately. The customer service representative I spoke to on the phone was so pleasant on the phone. I will surely continue to order parts for my Wrangler from this company and not only will be telling everyone about them, but will be ordering a sticker for my windshield to represent the company.
