I am currently deployed to the middle east, but the customer service and order process as a whole was very easy, professional, and fast. I think I had all the items I ordered (lift kit, tire/wheel package) within a week of the order. Reached out to me direct when I fat-fingered the tire size and made the corrections without an issue.
