Working the website and everything was great but after almost 3 weeks after they shipped the freight company finally called today to setup a drop off appointment. and they cannot drop my wheels and tires off for 3 more days. so, from the time I put my order into the time my wheels and tires will " hopefully" show up will be right at 3 weeks. if you are impatient like me, choose the fast-shipping option.
Customer service was great! The wheels I ordered one was damaged. They found it in processing. Nikki help me pick out a different wheel. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be

For the 2nd time now Custom offsets has really out done themselves. Ordered 4 wheels for my wife’s jeep and within a week I had them mounted and installed on her jeep. Makes me want to buy another jeep so I can order wheels and suspension parts.
