Tires and wheels arrived in excellent condition, properly mounted and balanced. I will definitely buy tires and wheels from Custom Offsets again. HOWEVER ... AFTER SPEAKING WITH A MANAGER I DISCOVERED THAT THEY INTENTIONALLY SENT SHORT THREADED LUG NUTS EVEN THOUGH MY APPLICATION REQUIRES NUTS WITH EXTENDED THREADS. THE MANAGER I SPOKE TO TOLD ME THAT SHE KNOWS THAT THE TOYOTA TUNDRA OFTEN REQUIRES EXTENDED THREAD LUG NUTS BUT THAT MANAGEMENT HAS DECIDED TO STOP OFFERING THE PROPER LUG NUTS AND THAT SENDING OUT THE WRONG ... read more
