The surgery went without a hitch. I was comfortable, painless and felt confident that result will be good. So far so good.
The office ladies were great, friendly, professional and kind. I was nervous, but put me at ease in every way. They went above and beyond what other medical office staff does. Their service were highly recommended by another dentist. Dr. Nelson sure knows her stuff. I feel very comfortable and confident that she can help me correct my problem. I have scheduled and paid for an oral surgery happening in two days. I’m excited that she will be able to help me.
I’ve had the worst experiences with dentist in the past where my anxiety level was out the roof! Not with doctor Shelby!!!!!!!! She and her staff are by far the best times 10 I will continue to service this dental office and recommend friends and family as well!!! I give my experience a 10!!
The staff was friendly and and went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and at ease. They did a thorough exam and explained everything so that I could understand.
I was sorta stressed out at the beginning but thanks to you and your staff keeping me informed, things went easy peasy. Home now and feel great 😊
