I believe I was treated with professional care during my recent visit but I was still finding chips from the cap over the cavity for which I was being rather exploded in my mouth 24 hours later

I appreciate that you made an appointment available for me after I was treated by Dr Schoenly at Dominion Endodontics. But I asked what the cost would be before I was treated and was told that it would depend on what was needed. Since I was already a "captive" audience in your office I went in for treatment anyway- my regret. After a 10-minute treatment I was charged $300 which was about TWICE what my regular dentist charged me for my last filling. Hence my 3-star rating

This was just a cleaning and brief exam -- no x-rays. New hygienist was pleasant but seem to take longer than usual. It felt like more time was spent looking/entering data in my file than cleaning my teeth. Information she gave to the dentist did not make mention of any observations about my teeth currently.

The dentist I was expecting to see was not in. Advance notice would have been appreciated as my personal plans for the day were geared to accommodate a visit with a specific dentist. I did go ahead with the hygiene cleaning but. Now need to return to see the specific dentist.

What happened to the friendly staff that used to work at this office. It was the worst experience i've ever had at your office. Other than Rosie the staff didn't acknowledge, didn't say hello didn't seem happy it was such a different atmosphere. Smile and say hello and acknowledge patients instead of walking past without speaking it's not a good look. The bottled water is nice but fix the frig so the water is cold.
