Their billing and accounting system is not reliable and accurate. You can not trust it. They charge you upfront based on the estimate given by dental insurance for the medical portion of the visit. However many times the Medical insurance copay is different from that estimate. It can be less or zero if you have met your out of pocket expenses. However they ask you to pay upfront and you are not even aware of what is going on . If you ask for statement, their statement is hard to read and figure out. When you provide them EOB... read more

It didnt seem like a very thorough. Cleaning and yet I was charged $200+ Less than 3 weeks later I had to go to an endodontist & they sent me to a endodontist . Things are looking pretty grim - but not for lack of care....

I believe I was treated with professional care during my recent visit but I was still finding chips from the cap over the cavity for which I was being rather exploded in my mouth 24 hours later

I appreciate that you made an appointment available for me after I was treated by Dr Schoenly at Dominion Endodontics. But I asked what the cost would be before I was treated and was told that it would depend on what was needed. Since I was already a "captive" audience in your office I went in for treatment anyway- my regret. After a 10-minute treatment I was charged $300 which was about TWICE what my regular dentist charged me for my last filling. Hence my 3-star rating

This was just a cleaning and brief exam -- no x-rays. New hygienist was pleasant but seem to take longer than usual. It felt like more time was spent looking/entering data in my file than cleaning my teeth. Information she gave to the dentist did not make mention of any observations about my teeth currently.
