Get directionsI have been with Connection Wellness Group for over a year. It was a good company until it was under new management. They have over charged me 4 times even when I had a credit. Plus, they charged me when I did not even have any appointment because the counselor had an emergancy meeting with their boss. They are unorganized. I am a military veteran and this has been a bad experience for me.

I am appalled at the operations and treatment of patients with this company, if I could give negative stars I would. We scheduled a telehealth appt for my daughter, my husband filled out all the paperwork ahead of time and the morning of we were told $0 was our portion because we have mental health benefits. However at the time of the appt the provider told her that she couldn't be seen because there was no paperwork and our insurance didn't cover it. I have been a patient at connections since 2021 and up until know have been pleased with the services provided! I went through their PHP program, see one of their psychiatrists and saw one of their dieticians for treatment of an eating disorder. Well a week and a half ago, connections decided to lay off all of their dieticians with no notice to them or their clients. I've met some of the best practitioners here, but I have never seen another business that was so completely disorganized. They're constantly changing SOMETHING and it always causes some sort of problem. I've had sessions canceled without reason or notice, and I've had sessions delayed because of technical malfunctions. I've been a client for 5 months. Had appointments rescheduled twice. Medications not refilled several times. I pay $50 per session and expect such basic things to be taken care of. It's taken numerous calls to clear up medication issues. My most recent appointment was rescheduled today. I asked if they could have the doctor ensure my meds would be refilled. They said they would transfer me to the medication department. I have experienced significant hold times when calling. Frustrating.
