Julian is my property manager he’s very attentive. He answers every call if not he make sure he responds as soon as he see it… I’ve been in my apartment going on 3 years and he’s the best property manager I’ve had so far he make sure everything gets done around here, very understanding & also very respectful highly appreciate him

Julian is my property manager and I would like to take the time out to just give some recognition. He is one of the main reasons I am still a resident with pangea . This agency has had many flaws .The turnover rate is extremely high. I have been through so many managers. Jeremy G. is the best property manager ever! He has always been the first point of contact when I have any questions as a tenant and he gives the best advice. He also alerts us at a reasonable time about maintenance going on in the building. He definitely makes sure we are in good hands.

Jeremy Garrett is your “Go-To guy” in terms of property management. He was very thorough with my needs as a tenant and strived to help make my stay with Pangea Properties feel like home. Even during the process of transitioning from my Pangea apartment, he went above and beyond to make sure that I didn’t leave with a bad experience. He’s really amazing at what he does! Property managers like Jeremy are the bridge between Pangea and the tenants they rent to. I’m glad to have had him assisting me throughout this experience.
