I had surgery scheduled for two months and then at the last minute they cancelled it because Boxrud decided to leave town. The office manager Hallie never returned phone calls and never followed up. Nevertheless they still tried to bill my insurance company for a test and sent me a bill for the unpaid balance. I was so furious I wrote Boxrud a letter and she did call to say my situation was due to many personal problems at her office. She never apologized or asked what she could do to make it right.
I was unhappy with the results of my surgery. I was under the impression that I would get what I paid for.
I agree Hallie is terrible. Employees always are a reflection of the doctor.
