I was very nervous about my appointment today because I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and wasn't sure what to expect. But I am very pleased with my first experience here. I didn't have to wait long at all. Maybe 2 minutes before I was called back. I was treated with kindness and respect throughout the entire appointment. My experience was absolutely perfect today. The staff from the check in window to the back to Dr. Flippo was amazing. Leah was super informative through my whole intake process & had hands down the best bedside manners I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Flippo thoroughly discussed my treatment plan and made sure to make me feel comfortable during the process.
