Don't let the pics fool you! Don't let the pics fool you. Outside may look nice, but inside apts are extremely old from late 60s and no renovating has been done, lots of maintaince issues and they can fix all they want, but they'll always be something that needs fixing. AC is old as well and doesn't function well. We're constantly hot, only obe ceiling by fan and 2 lights in a 2 br 2 bath apt. We had to but lamps and fans. Sad When I first moved into Cypress Winds, it was peaceful, no noise whatsoever. I loved my apartment, a cute 2 bedroom. In the last 9 months a large crowd of children (approx. 15 to 25 per day) have decided to gather and play in the grassy areas between buildings toward the back of the property. All I have to say, it would be quieter at an elementary school during recess.
