The finished work was done well but communication along the way was poor. I had to ask him to redo some of the work because trim was not installed flush like other posts. He said “tha’s the way it was before.” It was that way before because the wood had swollen and didn’t match the trim not needing repair. I felt he should have realized that and done it right the first time. I also had to remind him about things not completed by his workmen. Dave was very professional and thorough in his assessment of what my project needed. He provided me with a detailed estimate and was easy to schedule work times. I will definitely use DL Remodeling again and would gladly recommend him to my friends, family and neighbors
The estimate was correct. Work was done in a timely manner. The workman was neat and each day the area was left clean. All debris was removed from my property.
