DL Remodeling met all our expectations from setting up the time to look at the job, submitting a written estimate, answering our questions, working with us on a day and time to do the work. When Dave arrived on the day to do the job he was professional, neat and respectful of our home and property. His skills were excellent and the job looks great. We'll call DL Remodeling first when we need remodeling or repair work.
Mr. Larkin was a very professional contractor and made the whole experience a pleasant one. He arrived when he said he would, kept in contact with me as we worked around the weather and did a very thorough job completely to my satisfaction. Mr. Larkin is definately in my contact list for any future remodeling/handyman services.
They repaired exterior moulding damaged by squirrels with perfectly matched pieces and reinforced the supporting area and added flashing to prevent future damage. It looks great. They built a stairway in the garage to the interior door, adding handrails and improving the depth of each step. It is very sturdy and looks great. What an immediate difference in the sagging of my island cabinet. He knew exactly what needed to be done, but it is a process of slowly raising the sag, thus a few visits to tweak till permanent. This works out great cuz I want other projects done too. A walk around and with his suggestions were sensible and fair...not scary and beyond repair.
