1) When there is a drought in California, and farmers don't have water to grow food, while these apartment complex force you to waste tons of water. How? Because you won't have hot water until you let your shower warm 10-20 minutes. In the morning I get up around 6 AM, turn on shower in full, then I walk my dog or cook breakfast. In 15 minutes water will be warm. Hot water you'll get in 20 minutes. I opened maintenance requests with the resident services office. Staff came and did nothing. I complained again. RecommendedLuxury living in DTLA hands down! The amenities are amazing. We watched the finale for game of thrones in their dope full size movie 🎥 theater! They are also showing the NBA finals this week for all residents in the screening room! 🗣 Tell your friends about this amazing community! I’ve lived here for over 4 years now!

Gorgeous accomadation itself. A little to far away from everything. A big fail is you can't leave your bags after check out time when your transport is later in the day. You can't contact the guys that rent these out either on the day. That's the time they decide not to answer.
