These guys just tried to scam my mother. She has a single story 3/12 roof with no valleys, very little vegetation to worry about, and drive around access to 3/4 of the building that is only 12-13sq. Materials could not be more than 4k at best and they gave her an estimate for $24,751. 2k per square to rip and replace a roof in Butte, Mt??!! Do not trust these guys. Get a second estimate.

I had a 6pm appointment for a roof estimate, made special arrangements to get off work early.after no call or anything by 7pm I finally called,only to be told they " couldn't secure a visit tonight " but they could put me on top of the list for tomorrow.... why? so they can stand me up again? I DONT THINK SO! if they can't even call me to tell me they aren't going to show up for an estimate, what would they be like if they got the job?
