These guys just tried to scam my mother. She has a single story 3/12 roof with no valleys, very little vegetation to worry about, and drive around access to 3/4 of the building that is only 12-13sq. Materials could not be more than 4k at best and they gave her an estimate for $24,751. 2k per square to rip and replace a roof in Butte, Mt??!! Do not trust these guys. Get a second estimate.

I had a 6pm appointment for a roof estimate, made special arrangements to get off work early.after no call or anything by 7pm I finally called,only to be told they " couldn't secure a visit tonight " but they could put me on top of the list for tomorrow.... why? so they can stand me up again?
