This is only a review of the contact with Mike Roberts and Justin Johnson. The presentation of the roofing system that DaBella installs was presented in a very informative and professional manner. A lot of time was spent on details of the existing roof and what DaBella offered to fix the issues. No work has been performed at this point.
Spoke with Joel P. about having siding installed, as well as roof and window replacements. Presentation was good, and very thorough; currently have a quote and have decided to move forward with this project with this company. Will review again when work has been completed.
This review is for the sales experience of the windows. They won't be installed until February. Second time using DaBella, as they also replaced my roof and did a fantastic job. Skyler Johnson was the sales rep that came to my home. He was knowledgeable about the products and I was impressed with the quality of the windows.
I was most impressed with Justin Johnson. He took many pictures of my roof and totally convinced me it was in my best interest to replace my roof rather than put a band aide on it. He showed me written proof that his company is the only way to go. They are the best in the nation with roofing materials, and, above else, customer service. He worked with my budget and made it possible to accomplish this job.
This review is for the sales experience of both vinyl siding and new windows. They won't be installed until Jan/Feb. This was our first time getting siding replaced, and Joshua Brown was fantastic. Joshua was honest and direct, and didn't try to sell us product that we didn't want. They will be installing my new roof and gutters on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. The have been good about keeping me informed about the dates they can do the job. I will let you know about the completed job.
Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.
