Sales persons Matt Pittam and Lance Fagan were professional in demeanor and provided clear and concise information regarding product and product quality. Information regarding costs, timelines, and financing was also presented.
Steven Shortridge was very polite and professional from beginning to end. I now know that this is the last time I will ever have to worry about the roof is nice. I would highly recommend Dabella Exteriors to my friends and family.
We have not had the roof done yet but after the professional presentation by Daniel Lowensohn and Travis Larson we decided to go with them. Looking forward to our new roof!!

John and Chris came out to give us a quote for a bathtub replacement in our main floor bathroom. They offered several designs and options and really listened to our needs. They fully explained their product and answered all our questions. Their pitch was no-pressure and they seemed sincere in their approach.The price quote was higher than we expected but we feel that the quality of the job and product will be worth the investment. We look forward to seeing a major improvement in our home!
Dabella Exteriors did a great job on my Windows. Jeff Weigel, the rep, was very helpful in explaining the options. I like the lifetime warranty and that the installers are factory trained.
The sales person implied they had there own specially trained crews, but that is not the case. I have a deck cover that attaches to the baseboard of the roof, which developed a leak after they were done. They said they would send someone out, but never did. The subcontractor crew did a good job on the roof itself.
My windows are over 30 years old and very drafty, I may as well leave the doors open. Jeff was very thorough in showing me the different types of windows available and giving me excellent info to make a sound decision. I'll add comments when it's all done. I think so far they're great to work with and very pleasant, not pushy.
The roofing staff was very competent. There were only two and I can't believe how efficient they were. They were helpful and courteous and I don't believe I found even a leftover staple in my yard. The roof is beautiful and I get a tremendous amount of pleasure looking at it. The people who came to talk about the job were friendly and helpful. We did have a slight misunderstanding about a small amount of siding that needed replacing along with the roof, but it has not changed how I feel about the roof. It has come ... read more
