A representative named Donavynn came to our home, reviewed the companys offerings, and we signed a contract for 27 new windows totaling around $60,000. The workers who worked on the house, awesome. The company *****. They will promise you the world and you will never get a call back. My girls was visiting me and I asked to have my roof postponed 2 weeks while she was here. Salesman said "No problem". Yeah, completely ignored. They started when they wanted. Denied financing for Window project DaBella will not refund my $5000 Deposit contingent on financing. Finance denial May 7, multiple calls to DaBella office in *********, ****** with no return call or promise to return after looking into issue and no return call. . We contacted DaBella for a bathroom remodel. The salesman arrived; we made our choices of materials, etc, and agreed to a price for the job. It was a bit higher than we wanted to pay. We made a down payment of $10,000 with the remaining $8,000 to be financed. However, the salesperson apparently failed to mention the need for a wall to be built separate from the shower enclosure. TLDR: Made an appointment for a quote and they no showed with no communication. 6 weeks later, they call me multiple times a day but hang up on me when I answer.A representative from DaBella knocked on my door on June 3rd, 2025. ***** and ******* came by our House to give us a Quote for Windows on our 1940's home. They were both very kind. ***** was quite pushy to have us purchase the windows now which is something we told them we could not do at this time. When they gave us a quote it was over ****** dollars to replace 8 windows with their most expensive triple pane windows. It was over ****** for just the basic 2 pane windows. After a four hour session with the sales agents we felt this company looked acceptable and signed a contract to replace our roof. We furnished our credit card for the deposit and per the sales would have three days to cancel. I would give zero stars but you have to select at least one. Dabella salesmen are con men! ***** and **** came to my house to process my quote. They ask specific up front psychological questions to put together quotes that are NOT fair market value. Do your research before hiring any contractor and make sure you get multiple quotes. Their sales tactics are like a used car salesmen and the young gentlemen that came to my house look like they've never done hard labor in their life. They are pushy and rude. They came her making me think if I had a co signer and enough income I'd get approved for a roof. I've been denied. And they haven't even reached out too me. Why they are talking too you they want you to write a good review before they leave. They made me feel as if I was going to get approved. They are definitely great manipulators into thinking everything is going to be fine.
