The sales guys have You write a review before the work is even completed to get an additional discount. So at first my initial response was a five star, because the sales part went quite well (I thought). I was having them redo my gutters even though that was not originally what I had them come out to give me an estimate for. My old ones were Working fine they just definitely needed new paint. The salesman was great and we felt really good about choosing them. The work was done efficiently. Several things happened at the install that were troublesome and we wanted to discuss it with the company, but no one will return our calls. The attic fan that vents hot air from the attic was removed and thrown away, and several strips of the roof were left open as a new style of venting, much to our dismay. Communication is terrible. Calls are not returned. They use sub contractors . Left the work site messy, and took weeks to get their excess material picked up.

I would NEVER recommend this company. As a matter of fact I am surprised they are still on Home Advisors pro list. They didn't show up for the initial appointment which caused my husband to miss work then the salesman lied, the workers damaged our home and skylights then wanted us to pay an additional 2400 dollars to fix it. A manager came out and did what managers are supposed to do, calm the customer down and it served it's purpose until I realized the repairs they had done had left the rot behind. Miss represented by entire process. work done in repairs. time. financing, No contractor. No work order in place. All was not done as presented. Many issues with all. Hope the roof put on was the one we talked about for 4 hours???

These people are very slick in their sales techniques. I actually paid a considerable amount more to do my roof with this company because of their supposed high ratings as a roof installer with GAF, the manufacturer. What I didn't realize was that days after signing the contract, I was contacted by a third party who actually was hired by Reve to do the work. While I feel that the work itself was adequate, I felt very much duped by Reve for claiming that their company was the only one in Idaho rated highly by GAF. I had ... read more

THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND UNRESPONSIVE TO INQUIRES . It took a number of phone calls to finally just to get them to acknowledge that they had my job. After over four weeks the got around to measuring the roof after my demanding the do something.

Get other estimates first! High pressure sales tactic used (fell for it), a second estimate after signing with DaBella, was 30% less than my cost using the same product, warranty etc., a difference of $4,200. I also have tar stains on my siding from the roof removal that I will need to remove, plus I spent a couple hours cleaning up roof staples from my driveway and street so my neighbors and myself wouldn't get flat tires; these were supposed to be collected by the contractor with a magnet.

I think the price was high and their meeting for an estimate was very long.
