Kaitlynn came out in May to look my bathroom to remove walk in tub and transform into walk in shower. During our initial meeting she was very helpful and positive she gave full explanation and was very thorough about the process, she left me with no questions or concerns. Between our initial meeting and install she comunicated very well and kept us up to date on the whole process.
