Geoff Buckendorf showed up on time and in a professional manor. Then went up on the roof for inspection needed plywood and shingles. Then inspected the attic for leaks and water damage, mold and dry rot taking pictures for me to see. Geoff Buckendorf, then did an excellent presentation about the product of shingles, the valve for the money and warranty. Geoff Buckendorf left no unanswered questions and made it so easy . I have not had the repair done yet but, was impressed with the presentation & willingness to answer my questions in regards to the sad shape of my current roof. Eddie S. took extra care in trying to get us the best financing he could. He was very thorough & knowledgeable in regards to the product he was promoting, letting us know what to expect. Great job.
Eddie came out to look at our roof for possibility of replacement. After his inspection he gave us the good news. We only need a cleaning. What a great feeling knowing that a company is truly putting their customers first. Eddie went above and beyond to explain and talk us through information. He didn't have any expectations of us purchasing, but still gave his time to make sure we were happy. What a great guy. Da Bella is lucky to have him. Highly recommend Eddie!
The meeting with Colin & Jay was professional and thorough. We learned things about roofing that we did not know. It took over an hour because we asked many questions, but considering the importance of making a major improvement to our house, it was worth it. The GAF system uses better quality underlayment products ( not felt paper) and also the project included re-doing the attic air venting. and that was a factor in us making a decision to hire them. Installation crew did good job, considering weather. Communication from head office (scheduler/coordinator) was lacking. Phone calls were not promptly returned and consideration to keep customer informed seemed lacking.
I'm currently having DaBella's side the house with James Hardie (Hardie plank) siding and windows. Josh was very professional and was very patient for all of our questions pertaining to the project. When another contractor gave us a bid for the garage in primed Hardie, Josh was able to offer us the upgraded color plus for less than the other contractors primed and painted. Beautiful roof! The work and materials were excellent. Clean up was immaculate. One small miscommunication, but once we connected with the right person, it was taken care of to our satisfaction.
Craig Garrison did a through inspection of the roof. Showed us pictures of areas of concern! This helped paint a clear picture of the shape our roof was in. It was informative, clearly explained to us that we definitely needed a new roof.
