They will be installing my new roof and gutters on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. The have been good about keeping me informed about the dates they can do the job. I will let you know about the completed job.
Have only had the initial quote so far. Was a lot longer than we thought it would be. The sales rep was nice but a little like a used car salesman. We did go with this company and hope we get what was promised as far as a warranty and product.
Chance Kelley was professional, very informative, pleasant and took the time to explain in detail the project, give me options, and suggestions. We were not ready to move forward with our project yet but were very happy with the estimate and the time we spend with him was very productive.
It's hard to write a fair review, but I've talked with a few of their representatives, including Monty Pederson, who was exceptionally well versed in his field. It's not common in this day in age where a business can answer most of your questions before you can even ask them. They were surprisingly honest about everything as well, From what the job would Intel to the price, to how long it would take to pay off ect. This review is for the sales experience of both vinyl siding and new windows. They won't be installed until Jan/Feb. This was our first time getting siding replaced, and Joshua Brown was fantastic. Joshua was honest and direct, and didn't try to sell us product that we didn't want. He was able to show the pros and cons of various types of siding, without being pushy as to why DaBella was the right choice.
