Overall, great service. *** and ******** were excellent, professional, honest, and helped us resolve all our concerns with our house. Excellent service. I considered giving 4 out of 5 stars because of the guy who initially contacted us at our door. He didnt seem very knowledgeable about their product. However, *** and ******** more than made up for it. If youre in the ******* or ****************** Area, I would request them!
The salesman, **** was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and helful! We are very pleased with the customer service this company provides!
******************************* and *********************** spent several hours with my wife and I today after they measured and inspected our windows. They sat with us and explained in great detail what our situation is and how their companies' solutions would resolve our issues and save us energy money every day. Very comfortable to work with, very professional and personable guys knowledgeable and informed about their products. We will definitely be working with them this year on several areas of home improvements.
