I had the pleasure of meeting Jose Lopez. He was very honest and open with his presentation and went beyond of what I expected. He is very friendly but always being professionally respectful. I'm a bit of a hardheaded person but he was able to answer all my millions questions . (which many of them were the same ..lol). He accommodated to my work and kids schedule and the communication is on point. I liked that Kyle W showed up on time, talked through what to expect from Dabella. Sacramento. I really liked that I didn’t have to sit through a presentation, but instead thoroughly discussed the process, materials, and why their system works. In the end, I had all my questions answered, and felt good about the purchase.
Kyle came out to give us an estimate on windows, he really took his time and educated us on the whole process, he was very professional, patient and thorough in explaining the process in fine detail. He’s a great representative of his company.
Hunter was very helpful when he came out to my house and presented their windows and I learned about end-vent windows. He knows what he's talking about in regards to what is best for my house. I had to make a few different changes to my order and he came back to my house to help make sure everything was sorted out. The manager, Jacob was also really helpful in making sure I was getting the right deal. I'm really excited for my new windows and sliding door! Thank you, Hunter and DaBella Sacramento!
