I am very pleased with the process from quoting, without the pressure some businesses apply, to the communication to update when supplies arrive, when the work will be started, and the follow up. The work looks better than I expected, the area around the house was clean, and life is back to normal, except with a great new roof and confidence that I will not have to worry for years.
