Met with ******* originally to obtain a quote. She was very kind and wasted not time getting to work doing measurements and getting quotes. ******* was very thorough in her explanation of the process. ******* was also very patient and understanding when it came to our finances and was able to work with my wife and I to afford a shower replacement. Over all, I can't say enough good things about ********* easy going but professional attitude.
