We just had our first consultation with DaBella and were pleasantly surprised by the honest and friendly employees Chris R & Jordan that we met. No high pressure sales for the first time in 50 years of dealing with sales people. Chris R & Jordan were very knowledgeable and polite. They were willing help us any way they could. They had answers for all our questions. It was really a pleasure doing business with them. We will be getting our new roof soon and will post another review when the job is finished.
Paul Rhoton and Kevin Marshall who work out of the Kent, WA. office were the sales persons. Paul and Kevin are very knowledgeable about the Reve products. They gave us a complete rundown on the product and the installation procedures. They answered all questions that we had for them right off the top of their head. They took full measurements for the job, and discussed several options to be able to fit the job into our budget. Their professionalism is exemplary. This review is for initial estimate and first meeting of REVE representative. Nicole Lyle came to my house to give a bid she was extremely knowledgable about her product, gave a great presentation and had all the answers to my questions. She was enthusiastic about discounts she could give me and financing that was available, also very respectful of me and my home. I look forward to my new roof being installed and the peace of mind that will come with it.
REVE EXTERIORS LLC the company we hired to tear off and replace our roof was a pleasure to do business with. Kyle Barritt the representative for the company who came to our home was very polite and clean cut. He answers all of our questions with honesty and everything we were promised we received. I'm sure we will be working with REVE EXTERIORS in the future.

This is a review of the sales staff. Doug Fowler and Tay Huynh came to my home to assess my need for a new roof, and I was impressed greatly by the comprehensive attention they paid to my home and to my questions. Their quiet professionalism and persistence led me to choose their firm--I had originally only wanted a comparison bid for another roofer.
Salesman said it should be done before Thanksgiving, wasn't done until before Christmas. I had to call the office twice to even get scheduled. Salesman also said the installer would discuss cleaning products and hang the shower curtain, no rings needed. Neither of those things happened. Salesman also said we would receive a $25 gift card to Fred Meyer and we never received that, either. Don't get me wrong, he was very nice, and so was the installer, but we never got what we were promised.
I met with the project manager Kent Shannon. He was very polite and professional. He is a great person to work with. Also he took his time to describe how good the roof will be.
The sales person implied they had there own specially trained crews, but that is not the case. I have a deck cover that attaches to the baseboard of the roof, which developed a leak after they were done. They said they would send someone out, but never did. The subcontractor crew did a good job on the roof itself.
