Taras has been very polite and patient explaining everything we didn't understand until we understood. understands his product and how it works. I believe DabellaExteriors is great company and was in perfect timing to help us! There is no other warranty that's close as theirs!

Might be petty of me, but I don't care. Had one of their sales guys come up to our door that has a NO SOLICITING sign right on it. "Hey we're gonna be in the area tomorrow and..." Hey man, I'm not interested. And we don't do solicitors "Well I'm not selling anything we're just doing free inspections" My buddy owns Amor roofing and just did an inspection on our roof, again I'm not interested. I had previously written a recommendation for this company. This was done before the project has been complete. We were replacing our windows and it has been nothing but a headache. The company ordered and installed the wrong sliding glass door when we asked the sales rep and the installer about it we were assured it was the correct door. Then later my husband pointed out that we order a triple pane door and this was double. There was also a flaw with our bathroom window that has needed to be re-ordered. My new roof did not hold up in the 70 mph storms and the company rep still has not found a crew to replace it. I have yet to speak to a real office person, and only a few times have managed to speak to the roving inspector. Everything under the South facing side is ruined from leaks; TV, carpet, ceiling, chair.... I am so disappointed and discouraged. I had to hire men to tarp it all until my insurance adjuster comes and takes over this mess. tl;dr: I cannot recommend this company.
