Miss represented by entire process. work done in repairs. time. financing, No contractor. No work order in place. All was not done as presented. Many issues with all. Hope the roof put on was the one we talked about for 4 hours???
These people are very slick in their sales techniques. I actually paid a considerable amount more to do my roof with this company because of their supposed high ratings as a roof installer with GAF, the manufacturer. What I didn't realize was that days after signing the contract, I was contacted by a third party who actually was hired by Reve to do the work. THEY WERE UNORGANIZED AND UNRESPONSIVE TO INQUIRES . It took a number of phone calls to finally just to get them to acknowledge that they had my job. After over four weeks the got around to measuring the roof after my demanding the do something.

Get other estimates first! High pressure sales tactic used (fell for it), a second estimate after signing with DaBella, was 30% less than my cost using the same product, warranty etc., a difference of $4,200. I also have tar stains on my siding from the roof removal that I will need to remove, plus I spent a couple hours cleaning up roof staples from my driveway and street so my neighbors and myself wouldn't get flat tires; these were supposed to be collected by the contractor with a magnet.
I think the price was high and their meeting for an estimate was very long.

Salesman Monty was a great guy and took his time to talk with us. Salesman Steve is NOT welcomed at our home he is rude and very pushy trying to get us to sign up for work to be done on our home
The salesmen were great, but what they promised was not accomplished. Work was left unfinished and when I called, my calls were not returned. I was told that for any unused materials, I would be credited for - there were at least 6 sheets of plywood not used. I should say here, that it was not a good grade of plywood, at that. It split and there were holes in it. I just am very disappointed in the whole experience. I am 80 years old. Make sure to get other bids first. Huge BS factor, high pressure sales. We were told other roofers were 7 months out and DaBella was a month out. The roofers were here in 2 weeks. Very good. We Were told the job would be monitored by DaBella, it wasn't. We paid top dollar and expected the company would provide quality. The two roofers did speak English pretty good and were hard working. Be careful that you get everything in writing from the sales pitch or they will get away with doing much less. They tried to get me to pay an extra $1600 for skylights that were in the contract to replace! I put a nail though my foot after they left as they did not use the metal detector they promised, I found 50 more nails after an hour of scouring the front yard! When the skylights were eventually installed they were too big so they placed them over the old framing and sealed them on that way. Just crap. Hopefully the roof... read more
