The DaBella sales team was vary knowledgaable in explainging the quality of their windows, and the quote was in the range we were expecting. They were also continually communicating with us as to the status of the windows. The windows arrived right on the schedule they initially told us. The installation crew did an outstanding job, They arrived right on time and were very professionall, like a well-oiled maching their did not work efficiently, never even taking a break. **** was patient, comprehensive with explanations, listened to our hesitations and we felt we could be honest with him about our situation, he helped us work our financing so that we could get our roof done and still be safe on our retirement budget.
