Kaitlynn and ***** were very helpful and thorough, they took their time to give us all the details we needed. They didnt make us feel rushed at all and were not pushy in any way. Explained the length of time it would take, and made it possible to schedule when it was more convenient for us. ****** arrived on time. He was professional in explaining options available to us.
