When I realized my roof needed replaced I was very skeptical and nervous to find a company. Brandon McCloud came to my house and made me very comfortable with my decision. Scott Harris came out and gave me an estimate on what it was going to take to replace the siding on my house. he had good ethic and very knowledgeable, he was easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor. He explained to me everything to expect and that I would be getting a call from him tomorrow seeing that he dropped off some color cards so I could paint my share the same color as my siding. The 50 year GAF warranty is assuring. The installers were professional and thorough.
They are good about getting the window into your budget but are a little pushy.
Best thing about them they removed old tub and surround, replaced in 1 day and it looks beautiful.
Richard made one hell of a impression on us when he made his sales pitch. He was not only professional, he was down to earth. He wasn't pushing like the other companies we got bids from. He made sure you felt comfortable in the decision. He was like family helping family. For the actual work being done. The guys that showed up were very polite/ hard working.
