I think DaBella is dishonest, deceitful, and I am disgusted with the way they do business. I had Justin and Barbara out to my house to give me a quote on a window replacement job and a bathroom remodel. I made it clear I was definitely getting Windows, but the bath wash just a wish list project. They gave me a quote for the windows that was above the quote from another company that I was going to choose. We purchased this manufactured home in 2021. One of the selling points was that it had a new roof and was under warranty. The roof was installed in 2018 by Dabella. This last winter we noticed snow melting under the shingles and not shedding water properly in the valleys. We had a different roofing company come out and look at the roof and they found that the flashing in the valley was not installed correctly. I can't get anyone to call me back. The job is not complete. Nothing has been sent to us or the insurance company. We did get a bill for $41,000. This is to be paid by insurance not the homeowner. But no one will call me back to discuss ANY of this.

DaBella sales reps tried to finesse my 72 year-old, widowed mother into a composite asphalt shingle roof replacement totaling $43,750, nearly 5 times the national average + the quote took 4 hours!

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HOME! Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had with any form on contractor in the many, many projects i have done and it keeps getting worse. FYI most of the reviews here we found were fake so don't believe the hype. This company needs to be shut down. If i were the founders kids i would ask them to take my names off. I hired these guys to replace one window for a house I was selling as part of the inspection resolution. This was back in June. Ever since they took my deposit I haven’t heard any updates from them. I’ve reached out to Nathan DaBella who is dodging my calls. I’ve called customer service and they have “no updates on file” and promise to call me back but I haven’t heard anything. These guys are a total rip off. STAY AWAY!!!
