We have only begun the process of re roofing. We met with the salesmen, Cody Hill and Josh Denison who were very knowledgeable and friendly. They took time to answered all our questions. We had a bad experience with a previous roofing contractor, thus the need for a new roof after 8 years, so we were very cautious. They inspected the roof and attic, and shared the pictures. Scott Harris came out and gave me an estimate on what it was going to take to replace the siding on my house. he had good ethic and very knowledgeable, he was easy to talk to and had a good sense of humor. He explained to me everything to expect and that I would be getting a call from him tomorrow seeing that he dropped off some color cards so I could paint my share the same color as my siding. They are good about getting the window into your budget but are a little pushy.
We purchased a home and knew the first priority was to replace the roof. We made an appointment with Kent Shannon. He arrived on time ready to assist. After examining the roof and attic, Kent completely explained the condition of the roof and had plenty of pictures. As we went through the sales process we could tell that he was experienced in roofing and the product. Kent went out of his way to explain the financing options and hand delivered the paperwork. Great company to work with.
The staff was professional, timely and informative. The installers took great care of my home during the process and showed us respect. I would use this company again without hesitation.
